2 tsp grated orange rind
1/4 c. orange juice
2 tbsp finely chopped fresh basil (or 2 tsp. dried)
2 tbsp white wine vinegar
2 tsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp sesame oil (optional)
1/4 tsp each salt and pepper
1/4 c. vegetable oil
In small bowl, combine orange rind and juice, basil, vinegar, mustard, sesame oil, salt and pepper; gradually whisk in vegetable oil.
